Terrance Alton Cox III (The Industrialist) Mr. Cox is the CEO of Diversity Motorsports Racing and one of the creators of RFE along with Dr. Bethune and Bob Schacht. Mr. Cox is also the CEO and Founder of Activersity that created his first motor sport diversity program that was unveiled at the Oprah Winfrey Boys and Girls Club in Mississippi, that started his motor sport journey. Activersity is a progressive niche marketing company for Fortune 500 Companies, and Mr. Cox is a proud student of Bob Schacht. Terrance attended Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee where he studied business and music. He is a devoted father, a high energy motivational speaker and an avid piano player. |

Bob Schacht - CEO of Bob Schacht Racing with 40 years of motor sports experience in the industry. Bob is the President of Diversity Motor Sports, and one of the 4 creators of RFE. He is a highly respected motorsports veteran and the teacher to the student Terrance Alton Cox III. Bob's reputation as a crew chief is well established and he is well known for his race savvy and knowledge. Under his direction, BSM has experienced success in all of the highest levels of racing competition including the ARCA RE/MAX Series, the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, the NASCAR Nationwide Series and the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series. |

After 29 years of military service he retired but continues to serve his community as a volunteer basketball coach, Mentor and Cub Scout leader.
