Terrance Alton Cox III (The Industrialist) Mr. Cox is the CEO of Diversity Motorsports Racing and one of the creators of RFE along with Dr. Bethune and Bob Schacht. Mr. Cox is also the CEO and Founder of Activersity that created his first motor sport diversity program that was unveiled at the Oprah Winfrey Boys and Girls Club in Mississippi, that started his motor sport journey. Activersity is a progressive niche marketing company for Fortune 500 Companies, and Mr. Cox is a proud student of Bob Schacht. Terrance attended Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee where he studied business and music. He is a devoted father, a high energy motivational speaker and an avid piano player.

Bob Schacht - CEO of Bob Schacht Racing with 40 years of motor sports experience in the industry. Bob is the President of Diversity Motor Sports, and one of the 4 creators of RFE. He is a highly respected motorsports veteran and the teacher to the student Terrance Alton Cox III. Bob's reputation as a crew chief is well established and he is well known for his race savvy and knowledge. Under his direction, BSM has experienced success in all of the highest levels of racing competition including the ARCA RE/MAX Series, the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, the NASCAR Nationwide Series and the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series.

Mike Bliss The Driver
We are delighted to have Mike Bliss drive for us in our first season in NASCAR's Nationwide Series. He has run in all three major NASCAR series. Mike currently drives the #19 Chevrolet Impala in the NASCAR Nationwide Series. Having started racing at age 10, 1993 marked his first major victory when he captured the USAC Silver Crown National Championship. Moving to the NASCAR Series in 1995, 2002 saw him take the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Championship. Now Mike is RACING FOR EDUCATION and the best is yet to come. Our goal is to race the remaining NASCAR Series of events for 2011

Dr. Evelyn Bethune - CEO of the Mary McLeod Bethune Legacy Preservation Institute, Inc.
Dr. Evelyn Bethune is the granddaughter of Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune and founder of the Mary McLeod Bethune Legacy Preservation Institute, Inc. The MMB Institute is a full service small business development consulting firm, grant writing, research and development of venture projects, and diversity training for corporate and community organizations. Dr. Evelyn Bethune is the Principle owner of Racing for Education, LLC. She brings corporate as well as private sector experience to RFE. As an award winning author, motivational speaker, diversity trainer and developer of curriculum for educators she is in the forefront of the education arena and continues the legacy of her grandmother.

Dr. Hiram C. Powell - Vice President for Institutional Advancement, Bethune-Cookman University. A career educator with more than 30 years in higher education, Dr. Powell has extensive experience both as a University faculty member and mid and upper-level administrator. Currently serving in the position of Vice President for Institutional Advancement, he previously served as Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs, Head of the Music Department, and Director of University Bands. Dr. Powell's specialty is one of his first loves... music.

Adrian P. Sinden - President, Principio Capital

Alba Alonso A marketer by degree and educator by life experience, she is now the Co-Host of Momshomeroom.msn.com a WEB show. The parenting site is sponsored by MSN, Microsoft and Kellogg. Alba has long standings throughout Hispanic Culture worldwide. She brings in the Hispanic Universities and Colleges and all of the Spanish television, radio and media to RFE. She is Racing For Education’s link to the Hispanic community and will assist in taking our initiative global.

Hobson Bethune VP of Logistics, - MGySgt (R) US Marine Corps. Hobson Bethune is the grandson of Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune with 25 plus years of experience in the field of logistics in the Marine Corp. After 29 years of military service he retired but continues to serve his community as a volunteer basketball coach, Mentor and Cub Scout leader. He holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration , is a motivational speaker and excellent example as he combines his military training, his love for education and his work ethic in support of Racing for Education.

David B. Shanks - David brings to Racing for Education over 25 years of sales, marketing and management experience in the automotive sales industry. His background in operational planning and finance adds depth to the very solid team of RFE. His interests include golfing, boating and motorcycles.
